Magdalena Puławska, Attorney-at-Law
I have been gaining experience since 2015 at law firms in Gdańsk. In 2020 I passed the attorney-at-law bar examination with the best result in the District Bar of Attorneys-at-Law in Gdańsk and opened my own law office.
From the first phone call through to enforcement, I handle your case personally. That way you never have to explain everything from the beginning again.
During our very first conversation I will tell you what chances and risks I see. If the matter falls outside my practice areas, you will hear that straight away too, before I issue a single invoice.
You know the cost before the case even begins.
There are two forms of billing to choose from. We agree on the right option together, before I take any action.
Rate times time
A market hourly rate times the number of hours spent on the case.
- You pay for the time actually spent on your case.
- You receive a statement of the hours worked.
- Works well when the scope of the case cannot be predicted up front.
An amount agreed up front
Set before we start and unchanged as the case runs.
- You know the cost before I start working.
- The option most often chosen for ongoing legal support.
- If the work turns out to be more than we assumed, we agree on that separately.
The two forms can be combined if the nature of the case calls for it. We settle the choice before I start working, not along the way.
